Two Music Videos from Depeche Mode and God Module to burn into your BRAINS
Filed under: horror 2 ResponsesThe latest music video for Depeche Mode’s “Fragile Tension’ is amazing and insane. A blend of abstract and strange visuals mixed with concert footage that is really blowing my mind. It turns out that they did the whole thing with a computer generated particle system that was custom tweaked for the video. I have worked a bit with particle systems in the past doing some of my own artwork and it produces some cool effects, but its super time consuming as well. The art form of Music Video is one that has always fascinated me. To this day, the only shows I watch regularly on TV are Music Video shows, but it’s been a while since a video has been so inspiring to me. This makes me want to direct a Music Video … I’m looking at you God Module! Let’s make a video! Speaking of the awesome band God Module, they have a new CD coming out in Feb 2010, and you can watch the promo for it while your here!
