I've had a couple hiccups with Dish over the years, but overall I was quite happy with their service (especially compared to Time Warner who I just had internet from, but they couldn't fix an issue with it in several months). Send an email to ceo@dishnetwork.com with your issue. At the very least you'll get your money back sooner.

As a sidenote: The Zombies also have a problem overseas. Many series or TV-movies are sold there to be broadcasted to an audiance much later than the US-audiance. The service of hulu ist blocked where I live probably for that reason. Nowadays the audiance doesn't want to wait for two years anymore until they have the dubbed version of the new season (then: the old season) of Supernatural for example ready, and since there is no legal way several go to the half-legal way of streaming-sites or import the DVD, leaving the resident zombies with nothing.

Wow, surprising to see RZ's Halloween 2 on the list. I can't tell you how many times I feel guilty about my fondness for this entry in the series. The video nails it though. The movie has awesome violence and totally has a more "Halloween" feel

Not only is horror not dead-- I think it's moving further into the mainstream.
Take a look at the Monster High dolls-- marketed as children of the classic monsters, this is a great and awesome way for little girls to be introduced to the world of horror. And they're popular-- if you can find any of the main characters in a target, toys r us, or walmart, you should figure they either just restocked, or you're extremely lucky.
Additionally, it may be the light beer of the horror world, but I'm going to "go there" and bring up Twilight. Yes, it's not traditional vampires and werewolves, but it can stir the interest of those who otherwise would not open other vampire books, or see other werewolf movies.
Horror has been operating under a black cloud for an awful long time-- introducing the younger generation to it in ways that, while they may be fluffy and age appropriate for their audiences, still helps remove some of that stigma, can only open the doors for new horror fans across the board.
